Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 14, 2026

Partner For Care respects your privacy and is committed to being transparent about how information is collected and used when you visit partnerforcare.com or use our services, including Care Chat at partnerforcare.com/caregiver-chat.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we may collect, how we use it, and how we protect your privacy.

Summary of Our Privacy Practices

Our approach to privacy is straightforward:

  • We do not sell your personal information.
  • We do not sell Care Chat conversations or searches.
  • Even though you are the person submitting a search, question, or prompt to Care Chat, we do not share that search together with information that identifies you.
  • We do not provide your name, email address, account information, IP address, or other personally identifiable information together with your Care Chat searches or questions to advertisers, data brokers, or other third parties.
  • We may collect searches, questions, and prompts submitted through Care Chat to understand how the service is being used and improve the information we provide.
  • We may analyze and report anonymous or aggregated search volume information, such as how many times users ask a question like “What is hospice care?”
  • Aggregate information is not connected to an individual user and does not reveal who entered a particular search or question.
  • Care Chat is designed to provide caregiver and hospice related information using resources developed or reviewed by doctors and other medical professionals.

About Partner For Care and Care Chat

Partner For Care provides information, tools, and resources for caregivers, patients, families, and others navigating caregiving and hospice related situations.

Care Chat is our caregiver focused AI assistant available at:

partnerforcare.com/caregiver-chat

Care Chat helps users find information about topics such as hospice care, caregiving, end of life care, caregiver support, and related subjects.

The information and resources used to support Care Chat are developed, selected, or reviewed with input from doctors and other medical professionals.

Care Chat is intended to provide general educational information. It is not a replacement for a physician, hospice nurse, emergency service, or other qualified healthcare professional.

Information We Collect

Information You Submit to Care Chat

When you use Care Chat, we may collect the questions, searches, prompts, or other text that you submit.

For example, a user may ask:

“What is hospice care?”

We may retain that search so we can understand what information caregivers are looking for, evaluate Care Chat’s responses, improve our content, and improve the overall Care Chat experience.

We encourage users not to include personally identifiable information in Care Chat conversations, including information such as:

  • Full patient names
  • Social Security numbers
  • Medical record numbers
  • Insurance identification numbers
  • Financial account information
  • Passwords
  • Other information that could directly identify a patient or individual

If you voluntarily include personal information within a Care Chat question, that information may become part of the text submitted to the service.

Website Usage Information

When you use Partner For Care, certain technical information may also be collected as part of normal website operations. This may include information about how visitors interact with our website, such as pages visited, general usage activity, browser or device information, and similar technical information.

We use this information to maintain our website, understand how our services are being used, identify technical problems, and improve the user experience.

How We Use Care Chat Searches

Care Chat search and question data may be used to:

  • Improve Care Chat responses
  • Identify common caregiver questions
  • Determine which topics caregivers are seeking information about
  • Improve Partner For Care educational content
  • Identify areas where additional medically reviewed information may be helpful
  • Measure the usefulness and performance of Care Chat
  • Develop new caregiver resources and tools
  • Analyze overall usage trends

For example, we may determine that the question:

“What is hospice care?”

was entered 500 times during a particular period.

We may use or report that statistic as aggregate search information.

Although an individual user is the person who originally entered the question, we do not share the question externally in a way that identifies that user. We would not associate or disclose that search statistic together with the user’s name, email address, account information, IP address, or other personally identifiable information.

Aggregate and De Identified Information

Partner For Care may create statistical information based on how Care Chat and our website are used.

This information may include things such as:

  • The number of Care Chat searches
  • The number of times a particular question or topic was searched
  • Frequently discussed caregiving topics
  • Frequently discussed hospice topics
  • General usage trends
  • Popular educational resources or website pages

This information is used in an aggregated or de identified form.

For example, Partner For Care may state that:

“Questions about when to contact a hospice nurse were among the most common Care Chat topics this month.”

This type of information describes overall usage of the service. It does not identify the individuals who submitted those questions and is not shared in a way that allows a recipient to determine who entered a particular search.

We Do Not Sell Personal Information

Partner For Care does not sell personal information.

We do not sell Care Chat questions, searches, conversations, or personally identifiable information to advertisers, marketers, data brokers, or other organizations.

We also do not provide personally identifiable Care Chat search information to third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

We Do Not Share Personally Identifiable Search Data

Partner For Care may use Care Chat search data internally to understand how caregivers use the service.

It is important to distinguish between the search itself and the identity of the person who entered it. A Care Chat user is, of course, the person submitting the question or search. However, Partner For Care does not share a user’s Care Chat search together with information that personally identifies that user.

When search trends or Care Chat usage information are analyzed, published, discussed, or otherwise shared outside of an individual Care Chat interaction, we use aggregate or de identified information. We do not attach or disclose personally identifiable information such as a user’s name, email address, account information, IP address, or other identifying details to those searches or statistics.

For example:

Information we may use:

“250 users searched for information about hospice eligibility this month.”

Information we would not disclose:

A person’s name, email address, account information, IP address, or other personally identifiable information together with the hospice related questions that person entered into Care Chat.

Our goal is to understand what caregivers are asking, not who is asking it. We may use the substance or frequency of searches to improve Care Chat and our caregiver resources, but we do not share those searches in a form that personally identifies the individual who entered them.

Medical and Health Related Questions

Because Care Chat focuses on caregiving and hospice related information, users may naturally ask questions involving medical conditions, symptoms, treatments, medications, hospice eligibility, end of life care, or other health related subjects.

We encourage users to describe their questions without including information that directly identifies a patient or another person.

For example, instead of entering:

“My father John Smith at 123 Main Street has pancreatic cancer. Does he qualify for hospice?”

a user could ask:

“Can someone with advanced pancreatic cancer qualify for hospice care?”

This allows Care Chat to provide useful educational information without unnecessary identifying information being included in the conversation.

Medically Reviewed Information

Partner For Care is committed to providing responsible caregiver information.

Care Chat is supported by Partner For Care content and resources that are developed or reviewed by doctors and other medical professionals.

Medical review helps us improve the quality and reliability of the information available through our platform.

However, Care Chat provides general informational and educational content only. Information provided through Care Chat should not be considered a diagnosis, treatment recommendation, individualized medical advice, or a substitute for communication with a qualified healthcare professional.

Emergency Situations

Care Chat is not an emergency service or crisis service.

Do not use Care Chat to seek assistance for a medical emergency.

If you believe that you or another person is experiencing a medical emergency, contact emergency services immediately.

How We Protect Information

Partner For Care takes reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information associated with our website and services against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

However, no website, internet transmission, or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Users should therefore avoid submitting sensitive identifying information through Care Chat when it is not necessary to receive general caregiver or hospice information.

Data Retention

Partner For Care may retain Care Chat searches and usage information for purposes such as maintaining and improving Care Chat, understanding caregiver information needs, evaluating service performance, maintaining security, and developing new resources.

Where practical, information used for analytics, reporting, research, or trend analysis is used in aggregate or de identified form.

Third Party Websites

Partner For Care may provide links to hospice organizations, caregiver resources, healthcare organizations, government agencies, nonprofit organizations, or other third party websites.

Once you leave partnerforcare.com, the privacy practices of the third party website apply.

Partner For Care is not responsible for the privacy policies, security practices, or content of websites operated by other organizations.

We encourage users to review the privacy policies of third party websites before submitting personal information to them.

Children’s Privacy

Partner For Care and Care Chat are intended for adults seeking caregiving and hospice related information.

We do not knowingly seek to collect personal information directly from children through Care Chat.

If we become aware that personally identifiable information from a child has been submitted inappropriately, we may take reasonable steps to remove that information.

Your Privacy Choices

If you believe that you have submitted personally identifiable information through Partner For Care or Care Chat and would like to request its deletion, you may contact Partner For Care.

We may need enough information to identify the relevant submission and verify the request before we can locate or remove information.

Certain aggregate or de identified statistics may not be removable because they are no longer associated with an identifiable individual.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

Partner For Care may update this Privacy Policy as our website, Care Chat, technology, or privacy practices evolve.

When this Privacy Policy is updated, the revised version will be posted on partnerforcare.com with an updated effective date.

We encourage users to periodically review this page to understand how Partner For Care protects and uses information.

Contact Partner For Care

If you have questions about this Privacy Policy, Care Chat, or how Partner For Care handles information, please contact us through partnerforcare.com.

Our Privacy Commitment

Partner For Care built Care Chat to help caregivers find useful, medically reviewed information.

We believe information about what caregivers are searching for can help us create better resources without requiring us to identify the individuals asking those questions.

We may therefore analyze anonymous and aggregate trends to understand caregiver needs. Even though individual users are the people entering searches and questions into Care Chat, we do not share those searches together with personally identifiable information. We do not sell personal information, and we do not disclose a user’s identity in connection with Care Chat searches for advertising, marketing, or data brokerage purposes.
